Lazaro Cardenas Earns Environmental Award

On Friday, October 11, SSA Marine Mexico’s Automotive Terminal in Lazaro Cardenas was awarded the Environmental Quality Certificate by the Federal Environmental Protection Office (PROFEPA). This certification acknowledges the terminal’s adherence to environmental regulations, international standards, and best practices in engineering and operations, contributing to enhanced environmental performance. This milestone will lead to increased operational efficiency, a reduction in workplace accidents and incidents, and better utilization of materials, including raw resources and savings in resource consumption.
